Where to Eat
-Santarpio’s Pizza. Two-minute walk. Boston’s best thin crust pizza. Inexpensive, neighborhood bar, friendly waitstaff.
-Café Italia. Five-minute walk. Local favorite for its great service, atmosphere (especially for coffee and dessert), and piano bar. Great pasta and meat dishes. Pizza not offered on Saturday nights.
-Sablone’s Veal ‘n’ Vintage. Five-minute walk. Fifteen different veal dishes to choose from amidst the clown-centric décor — definitely a unique spot. Huge portions and friendly staff.
-Zafferano Outstanding Italian food in an upscale atmosphere, without the upscale price! Chef Pietro DelViscovo is a gastronomic force to be reckoned with and respected! The incredible desserts are cooked on premise!
  -El Buen Gusto Francisco E. Perlera's authentic Salvadorian eatery is a welcome new addition to the East Boston foodie scene! Spicy and inexpensive delicacies from South America will delight you!
  -Rino's Place BEST BEST BEST Italian food in the city of Boston, if not in New England. NOT at all pretentious like the North End, authentic, reasonable prices, wonderful staff who make you feel like family. Get the Chicken Corrozella.

Where to Work Out

-Curves Within four-minute drive. Popular new workout program, complete aerobic and strength-training workout in 30 minutes.

-World Gym – Boston/Logan. Within four-minute drive.

  -Brand new YMCA Construction is underway, location is a quick walk, and the building, a wild renovation of the historic Boston & Albany Engine House, will make this one of the coolest gym's anywhere!
Getting Around:
-Airport Train Station Just a three minute walk to a brand new subway stop that is an architectural wonder, and, gets you to the Financial District in under five minutes!
Where to Shop:
-Central Square shopping (CVS, Walgreens, A. J. Wright, Shaw’s, Payless, drycleaner). Five-minute walk.
-Peapod grocery delivery available,
Green Space:
-East Boston Piers Park.
Five-minute walk. Waterfront walking paths, playground, benches.
  -Piers Park Sailing Center. Five-minute walk. Community boating programs, kids sail free!
  East Boston Yacht Club, nearby. Great spot for mooring if you own a boat. And if you need repairs, East Boston, with all of its ship- and boatbuilding facilities, is the place to do it!
  -Bremen Street Park
The new eighteen acre Bremen Street Park is a new neighborhood park that will run for four blocks along Bremen Street adjacent to the Paris Flats neighborhood between Route 1A, Bremen Street, Porter Street, and Prescott Street. Planned to be completed by Spring 2005.
