The Spencer Lofts are one of the only brick and beam factory loft conversions in Chelsea that feature original details from the turn of the century. This brick building has 15 foot ceilings, wood beams and trusses, and many one-of-a-kind architectural details. At the Spencer Lofts there is a great mix of owners who are very involved with the community and love living in Chelsea. They have one of the best gallery spaces in town, which has hosted art exhibits, poetry readings, yoga classes, and can be reserved for private functions by the residents.
